What We Fry With
Not all fryer oils are created equal. We choose to fry our food in beef tallow, a traditional cooking fat that's been used for generations, before highly processed seed oils became the norm.
Beef tallow is naturally stable at high heat, which means it holds up better during frying and helps create that perfectly crisp, golden finish you taste in every bite.
